Human Pressure Release Systems-HPRS
We build machines that can handle the pressure or make the pressure and in many cases, release the pressure so they don’t explode in your face. These steam machines have release points and triggers that let off the excess steam at any given moment the machines get overloaded, or ned to reduce the pressure to predetermined levels.
For machines to function properly, they need to be watched for imperfections, measured for consistency and peak performance output, maintained frequently, brought to a full stop every day or fortnight, examined and prepared foe the next day.
That was the machine, the human made machines, and how wonderful we are in maintaining them when they cost more than your average electric coffee maker or microwave. We tend to really put the effort and visit the maintenance department, call and demand fast and efficient service, follow through and up, all to take care of our machine.
Our machine? shouldn’t that be US? You & Me? Our own bodies? and everything it consists of? why oh why do we seem to forget these fine productions that nothing on this earth will ever pass in creation? Is it because we don’t come with a 5 year or lifetime WARRANTY?
Your life is between your hands, contact in your body, every fine detail taken with utmost perfection and attention to the smallest of details which are being studied to this day for more clarification and admiration on the creators work. You see, if you come in one size fits all, it would be easier I guess, but you don’t. To give you a quick idea of how you, me, your family, your whole planet came to be, here’s a run down:
Two people of two sexes meet, female & male. They like each other, marry each other, make love, and start the production.
A small sperm from the male( one in Billions released that day) makes it alive to the females egg and factory alive, the rest, sadly or luckily all die on the short ultra fast journey for one reason or the other.
This one sperm, carries within it everything you can think of and more, everything, I mean it, every single thought you can have has been implanted in that single sperm, every single feature, look, hair style, handsome factor, beauty mark, freckle, finger, body structure, strength. power, future…you name it, it is in that single invisible to the naked eye sperm!
The sperm has all the DNA it needs to bring those mother eyes, father nose, grandma hair, grand dad blue eyes that we all talk about when the baby is born.
The process takes 9 months to complete, then released from the mother onto planet earth, arriving in one perfect body form and mind set, simply magical and breath taking.
We then are handed to our parents to cater and bring up. We are thrown into society with full force, so we learn from our surroundings, and take care of ourselves finally to make it through life. Life in a fast forward manner is more or less being born, living and creating, thanking everyone responsible and helping, moving on, passing away and making way for the new comers.
My focal point today is what goes on in between the born and passing part. How do we maintain something that did not come with a warranty? well if what I wrote up there and what you already know since you were born will not budge you into maintaing and taking care of yourself I don’t know what will?
- There are the sport activities that release pressure and tension build up on a daily or weekly basis.
- There is the laughing part that releases pressure and makes those good things move in your system to fight aging and illness.
- There is the Education part that makes you brighter and makes you feel less powerless and more powerful in your life quest.
- There are those buddy systems people talk about that take care of you in your down times, and help you when you need it most.
- There is those doctor check ups you need to take.
- There is those close personal mind and thought provoking explorations you do with yourself every once in a while to understand the WHY’s in your life?
- There is the removal of the bad and taking care of the good in your life part, its always good to remove the bad apples you know!
- Then there is the positive stuff they talk about, give it a go, it works.
- Blocking is always good, this is a long process once perfected has marvelous results, you tend to block what you don’t want just like a satellite decoder system.
- There is always the fun and exploration part that adds to your life great experiences and memories, increasing the positive vibes in every single sensual cell you carry.
- Stopping those bad destructive habits that only get you closer to your grave.
- The massages and the Yoga’s, the relaxation techniques and power naps, the long walks and the soul searching activities are all good, if your intensions are true to yourself.
Give your body and mind what it deserves, it will pay back in the near and far future. If you are not much of a saver, you will not get my point. If you invest today in your body and mind, do not go for the fast rewards, they dissolve fast, go for the steady far rewards that last forever. If you want an example, just like the rewards of your mothers important lectures on meals with those greens and vegetables that you hated and came to realize they saved you so many times today!
As they say, its never too late, well its very true, let off that steam, before it blows in your face. you might think it did, but trust me, the big one is yet to come if you did not maintain that body and mind of yours, learn to relax, chill, laugh, blow off steady and small steam every once in a while..psssst( just let some off, yes from my ears like cartoons) and enjoy your life to the extreme.
Just like that pressure cooker and all those other machines, letting off steam happens continuously, slowly, consistently, for as long as you live. The more happy you are, the less steam you have inside you, the grumpier you look and feel, the more you need to let off.
Go ahead and be my guest, blow some steam off! pssssssssss….
The mark of a successful man is one that has spent an entire day on the bank of a river without feeling guilty about it.
