14 things to ask yourself
How many times did I rehearse and define my sales presentation before giving it?- How many books did I read ( and re-read ) about my industry/career/service/skills?
- How much time do I spend each day in the gym, and how many days each week, to keep myself physically fit?
- How many thank you notes and follow up emails do I send to important customers, clients, volunteers, or friends?
- How much of my income do I invest in myself to further my vocation and my passion?
- How much space do I make in my schedule to do the things that matter to me the most, wether developing my skills, spending time with my family, or giving back to my community?
- How many times did you promise you would start on saturday? Monday? any day?
- How many times did you do the important stuff first, then look at the simple casual things in your day?
- How many bites did you take from that big project or idea sitting there acting as a dust magnet?
- How many times did you read stuff like this coming from people like me and them and deep down you know you are better than all of us combined? ACT.
- How many times did you see your ideas pass you by done poorly and not to your expectations?
- How many people were counting on you and you let them down?
- How many days have you got left to live your dreams?
- How many times did you laugh yesterday, today? and how many smiles did you activate?
:-) ( that doesn’t count!, that’s goes on my books).
Ask yourself, and while you do that I need to ask myself too.
